It’s with great sadness that FLEUR DE LYS RFC announces the sad passing of CARL (tinkly) PHILLIPS. And offer our sincere condolences to Robert, Zara, and the rest of the family. Carl after spending the majority of his youth rugby in Bargoed, before opting to join Fleur De Lys in the late 80s making over 300 senior appearances, being apart of the legion of doom front row of Morris, Marshall, Phillips until developing a new talent in Sparky to fill the gap in the middle.
